Your app sends a POST request to /api/v1/send with the sender name, template, phone number and the code variable.
Authentication and checks
We verify your API key (stored only as a hash), the request timestamp to block replays, and that the Syrian number and template are valid.
Priority queue
The message enters a queue reserved for verification codes, processed by several workers in parallel, so it never waits behind other traffic.
Sent through Syriatel BMS
The message is sent with your approved sender name and approved template through the official Syriatel BMS gateway.
Delivered to the phone
The Syriatel network delivers the SMS to the recipient. Codes usually arrive within seconds (about 1.7 seconds on average).
Logged and reported
The result for every number is recorded in your SMS log, and if a send fails the balance is refunded to your account automatically.
